There is pros and cons to a daytime wedding, pro is that you are done early enough where you can enjoy dinner at home with your family. Con of course is that you have to wake up earlier that your normal evening reception. Sara and Eric's Liberty House wedding in Jersey City NJ this past October was indeed a daytime wedding where our day started at 7am. Sara and Eric got an airbnb on Hudson Street Jersey City to get ready. Sara and Eric's first look took place at Liberty State Park on Audrey Zapp Drive next to Liberty House Restaurant, then we did bridal party and couple's portraits all before their wedding ceremony at Liberty House. Outdoor wedding ceremony starting at noon over looking NYC, Sara and Eric wedding with gorgeous floral designed by Made of Leaves said their vows and walked down the aisle as husband and wife! Sara wore her Chinese red dress made by East Meets Dress for the wedding ceremony then switched to her white wedding dress from Lovely Bride for her wedding reception. Sara and Eric incorporated their chinese heritage to their wedding day by having tea ceremony as well as lion dance. You get the best view and skyline of NYC from Liberty State Park in Jersey City. Follow the brick pathway all the down Audrey Zapp Drive in Jersey City you will arrive a Liberty State Park where you'll be greeted with 911 Memorial and historic Ferry Terminal. We met Kari and Leon at Liberty State Park for their engagement session during later afternoon to catch the sunset and oh how gorgeous what the lighting during Kari and Leon's engagement session at Liberty State Park.
