We’re always looking for good photographers. More importantly, we’re always looking for good people.

At Pearl Paper Studio, we believe beautiful photos are only half the job. The other half is making people feel comfortable, solving problems before they become problems, and helping our couples genuinely enjoy their wedding day. We don’t care what logo is on your camera, but we do have a high standard for attitude: no divas, no egos, no jerks; just photographers who are humble, dependable, service-minded, and can somehow convince six toddlers, two grandparents, and an uncle at the bar that family photos really will only take five more minutes.

We don’t hire Lead Photographers – we grow them. Most of our lead photographers started by assisting or second shooting, earned our trust, and worked their way up. We invest heavily in training and mentorship because we’re building careers, not just filling dates on a calendar. Most of our core team has worked together for over a decade, and that’s no accident. If you’re reliable, coachable, obsessed with getting better, and you’d rather be known as the photographer everyone loves working with than the photographer with the biggest ego, you’ll probably fit in just fine.
