Hillary and Marcus' DC War Memorial Elopement fell on a chilly day, but the love for each other and family and friends who came to witness their beautiful DC War Memorial Elopement made everyone's hearts warm. Hillary and Marcus stared at each other in the eyes and made a promise vow to love each other for eternity.
